No, our experiences are designed to allow every type of riders from all skill levels on our journeys. Our experienced guides will lead you through all the necessary safety driving and training.

No, our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible, this is to ensure your driving experience is as enjoyable as possible with safety in mind.

How many SSV are available to the group?

The driving experience can cater for up to ten people, five drivers and five passengers. For bigger groups, drop us an email, we will be able to make special arrangement for more guides.

What do I have to bring/prepare?

- Sport attire
- Covered shoes (no crocs/slipper), preferably old shoes
- Towel
- Spare set change of clothes (inc. inner wear)
- Sunblock
- Mosquito repellent
- Drybag
- Gloves
- Balaclava
- Contact lens (recommended) for bespectacled individual

Where can I keep my valuables?

You can keep your valuables inside the drybag and there are storage spaces within each SSV.

You will get an email with the google maps location and the best way to get there.

What happens when it rains?

We will drive regardless rain or shine, if the rain gets too heavy, we will take shelter somewhere, don’t worry, you will get your full hours/distance of driving still.

What is the reschedule, cancellation & refund policy?

- Cancellation need to be made at least 7 days before driving experience date for full refund.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days will subject to 50% penalty fee.
- Driving Experience booking is refundable if it is cancelled by Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd.
- Reschedule need to be made at least 7 days before the driving experience date, subject to availability.
- Reschedule requests in less than 7 days will subject to 50% penalty fee.

Are there washroom and shower facilities?

There is washroom facility available at the centre.

Is the driving experience conducted in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the driving experience is conducted in English. Don’t worry, if English is not your first language, your guide is very expressive.

Are kids allowed?

No, min 17 years old required and possess a valid driver’s license.

Is there a minimum age requirement to participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Driver and passenger must be at least 17 years old. Driver must possess a valid driving license.

Is there a minimum vehicle to go?

Yes, there will be a minimum of 4 drivers to go for every driving experience. In the event of the driving experience is less than 4 drivers to go, we reserved the rights to cancel/reschedule the driving experiences accordingly, and you will be notify in advance.

Do you accept walk in?

No, we cannot accept walk-ins as we require ample notice to prep the vehicle(s), assign guide(s) and support vehicle(s).

What sizes of helmet do you provide?

We provide helmet sizes in M, L & XL only and our helmets are fully cleaned and sanitised after every use. If you have your own helmet with suitable size, you may bring it along for your own use as well.
