All booking(s) need to be made at least 7 days in advance

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided after payment is completed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive it.

a. Driver and passenger must be at least 17 years old.

b. Driver must possess a valid driving license.

There will be a minimum of 4 drivers to go for every driving experience. In the event of the driving experience is less than 4 drivers to go, Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd reserved the rights to cancel/reschedule the driving experiences accordingly, and you will be notify in advance.

a. Cancellation need to be made at least 7 days before driving experience date for a full refund.

b. Cancellation made less than 7 days will subject to 50% penalty fee.

c. Driving Experience booking is fully refundable if it is cancelled by Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd.

d. Reschedule need to be made at least 7 days before the driving experience date, subject to availability.

e. Reschedule requests in less than 7 days will subject to 50% penalty fee. f. No show will be considered as cancellation and subject to no refund.

- The maximum grace period will be no later than 30 minutes of the stated session start time. - If participants(s) did not show up after 30 minutes of the stated session start time, it will be considered as cnacellation and subject to no refund.

We cannot accept walk-ins as we require ample notice to prep the vehicle(s), assign guide(s) and support vehicle(s).

Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd reserved the right to cancel the driving experience due to weather conditions. If we have to cancel a driving experience due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund or reschedule to another day.

Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible for changes in driving experience schedule for reasons that beyond our control (i.e.: bad weather, road blockage, ceremonies and other unforeseen circumstances).

Persons with the following conditions should not ride:

a. Heart Conditions or Abnormal Blood Pressure

b. Back, Neck or similar Physical Conditions

c. Expectant Mothers (Pregnant)

d. Motion Sickness or Dizziness

e. Recent surgery or other conditions that may be aggravated by the ride

Off-road driving can be a dangerous. Despite Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, you accepted that you are participating at your own risk.

In the event of any vehicle damages incurred during the driving experience as a result of whereby the driver of a vehicle disregards the rules/instructions of the guide(s), driving dangerously, recklessly & intentionally, causing accidents or other damages. You accept that you are fully liable for any damages to the vehicles and subject to repair charges from Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd.

In the event that any driver(s) failed to follow instructions, drive recklessly, or in other matter that could possibly cause danger to the crew(s), participant(s), public(s) and etc, warning(s) will be given. If driver(s) failed to further comply with the instructions and warning(s) from the guide, Stal Powersports Sdn Bhd reserved the rights to terminate the session immediately and subject to no refund.
